The resurgence of the print seems to be not only a trend, but a  staple in the young designers’ repertoire. The increasing  cost-effectiveness of digital printing, which allows designers to source  smaller runs of fabric is one component in the fashion shift. Also, if  designers can get their hands on exclusive, one-of-a-kind prints, their  lines are not only less susceptible to the work of copycats - but they’re  also more versatile across seasons.
